It's a statewide initiative designed to help keep California homeowners in their homes, sponsored by Chase.
We're bringing the resources to the people.
We're holding five or more events across California to provide information and resources to help homeowners stay in their homes. You'll have unprecedented access to advisors, counselors and lenders from both public and private organizations.
What will you learn?
Each homeowners' situation is unique. Learn about help available, including HUD-approved counseling services and lender advice to identify your options.
How to protect yourself.
Be suspicious when someone offers to rent your house back to you, asks you for your deed, or represents a phony credit counseling service. Learn to spot fraud.
Can't make it to an event?
Don't wait until it's too late. The most important thing is to reach out for help now.
